Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how UGARTE HQ Calendar handles information accessed through Google Calendar.

Information accessed

UGARTE HQ Calendar may access event information from Google calendars owned by the authorizing user. The integration requests the Google OAuth scope calendar.events.owned.readonly.

How information is used

Calendar information is used only to provide calendar-related functionality within UGARTE HQ, such as reading and presenting relevant event information to the authorizing user.

Read-only access

The current Google Calendar integration is read-only. It does not request permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.

Storage

Calendar event content is not intended to be persisted as application-owned records by the current integration. Authorization credentials or tokens may be stored as needed to maintain the user's authorized connection.

Sharing and sale of data

UGARTE HQ Calendar does not sell Google user data. Google Calendar data is not used for advertising.

Revoking access

A user may revoke the app's Google Account access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

Changes

This policy may be updated as UGARTE HQ changes. The current version will be posted on this page.
